At just 20, I launched a corporate career that spanned nearly two decades: mastering Risk Management, Strategy, and Consulting. I built systems that saved companies millions and opened doors I never knocked on. But that wasn’t the finish line, it was my training ground. In 2014, I co-founded The F.I.N.D. Design, a nonprofit rooted in love and radical possibility. Since then, I’ve helped raise millions, reached thousands of families, and turned F.I.N.D. into a movement.

Today, I lead with my Radical Freedom Dreaming framework guiding leaders to break free from burnout, reclaim their time, and build sustainable systems that protect both their mission and their peace. I’ve coached nonprofit execs, elected officials, and entrepreneurs alike, helping them navigate everything from visioning to hard conversations.
